The Rocky Mountain Play Park, a brand new indoor kids play area featuring Looney Tunes characters taking part in some of the healthy and fun activities that the Rocky Mountains offer. In partnership with HealthONE’s Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children and Looney Tunes, the new play park is located inside the shopping center just outside Macy’s on the lower level.

Guest Services desk centrally located on the lower level near Neiman Marcus where Guest Services Representatives can assist with customer inquiries on stores and services, provide area, hotel and transportation information, and more.

Are pets allowed in the mall? Only service animals are allowed in the mall. All other pets brought into the mall must be in an enclosed carrier.

Do you have strollers? Yes, complimentary strollers are available in the parking garages on levels 1, 2 and 4 in the West Deck, and levels 1, 3 and 4 in the East Deck.

Where can I find restaurants?

Cherry Creek Shopping Center has a variety of dining experiences available to you.

Food Court - Located on the east side of the lower level. The restaurants available are Cinnabon, Cherry on Top, Panda Express, Renzio's Greek Food, Sbarro-The Italian Eatery, Subway and Wetzel's Pretzels.

Starbucks - Both east and west locations are available in the center aisle on the lower level.

California Pizza Kitchen - Located on the lower level by the front entrance and valet.

Kona Grill - Located on the lower level by the front entrance and valet.

Elway's - Located outside, at the west end past Nordstrom.

Johnny Rockets - Located on the east end of the lower level.

Brio Tuscan Grille - Located outside, at the west end past Nordstrom.

Where are the pay phones?

There are public phone kiosks to better serve you throughout the Cherry Creek Shopping Center.

1. On the west side down the corridor between Eddie Bauer and Nordstrom on the upper level.

2. At the main entrance by Valet and California Pizza Kitchen on the lower level.

3. On the east side located in the Food Court on the lower level.

A TDD telephone is located at Guest Services.

Where is the Lost and Found? Please report any lost or found item to Guest Services at 303-388-3900, or the Security Office at 303-388-2522.

Lost and Found items are held in the Security Office. Guest Services will be happy to direct you.

Do you have hand sanitizers? Yes. Hand sanitizers can be found at the HealthONE kiosk on the lower level near Nordstrom, at Guest Services, at Kids Kourt, and at the Valet desk.

Where do I park at Cherry Creek Shopping Center? We have two covered parking garages. The east parking garage is accessible from Steele Street just past the Rite Aid and Safeway. The west parking garage is accessible from University Blvd. at Cherry Creek Drive South just south of First Avenue and from First Avenue just west of Nordstrom.

Additionally, we have outdoor ground level parking in Cherry Creek West (First Avenue and University).

Finally, we are pleased offer valet parking. This service is located off First Avenue between Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus. Rates are $8 for the first two hours and $2 for each additional hour.
