The Rocky Mountain Play Park, an indoor kids play area featuring Looney Tunes characters taking part in some of the healthy and fun activities that the Rocky Mountains offer. RESTORATION HARDWARE TO BUILD REGION’S FIRST FULL LINE DESIGN GALLERY AT CHERRY CREEK SHOPPING CENTER
Fans of luxury home goods and lifestyle purveyor Restoration Hardware (NYSE: RH) – now rebranded as RH – are in store for an unprecedented shopping experience at Cherry Creek Shopping Center. Next year, RH will open a four-story, full line design gallery in the space formerly occupied by Saks Fifth Avenue.
Wheelchairs are available at Guest Services for a $20 refundable deposit.
We have two covered parking garages. The East parking deck is accessible from Steele Street just past the RiteAid and Safeway. The West parking deck is accessible from University Blvd. at Cherry Creek Drive South, just south of First Avenue or from First Avenue, just west of Nordstrom.
Additionally, we have outdoor ground level parking in Cherry Creek West located at the corner of First Avenue and University Blvd.
We are also pleased offer valet parking. This service is located off First Avenue between just West of Neiman Marcus. Rates are $8 for the first two hours and $2 for each additional hour.

The Children Play Area is located on the lower level in front of Macy's. Children can enjoy a "Play Park" theme area complete with a fountain, slide, wagon, rowboat and much more. There is also lots of seating for parents. Please note that the Play Area is unsupervised and has a height limit of 42 inches. No food or strollers are allowed inside the area. The Play area closes from 2:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. every day for cleaning.
The new Valet area is farther east on First Avenue, off of Saint Paul Street.
A. JOB SUMMARY
Develop, execute and fulfill, together with the Marketing & Sponsorship Director (MSD), the Center’s sponsorship program/plan (including national sponsor tracking and fulfillment as necessary), as well as assist with marketing related activities and plans relevant to the center’s business objectives, including but not limited to collateral management, digital programs, events and promotions, customer service and public relations. Positively represent the Center and the MSD to tenants, customers, sponsors, other management staff and vendors.
B. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sponsorship Relations & Fulfillment
Maintain regular contact and a positive, professional and productive working relationship with all sponsors. Responsible for maintaining a sponsorship inventory calendar and ensuring flawless fulfillment and execution of all contracted benefits for local, as well as national/touring event sponsors. Chronicle all sponsor programs with measurements, evaluations, photos, results and the creation of recap books.
Manage the center’s contract management database and track all proposed sponsorships from proposal through to signed agreements, as well as ensure all insurance requirements and payment terms are met. Additionally, complete all necessary sponsorship related reports on-time, including but not limited to the monthly sponsorship summaries and other periodic ad-hoc reporting requests from corporate.
Work closely with the MSD and General Manager (GM) in the creation, implementation and continual evaluation of center’s sponsorship plan. Manage and maintain the center’s contact management database accurately and timely and ensure alignment with the contract management database. Responsible for assisting the MSD with all national and local sponsorship proposals, including any research, design and presentation development. Represent the center externally in the community as assigned with a continual eye toward sponsor prospect identification. Responsible for identifying and pursuing (via external networking or cold calling) relevant sponsor prospects/categories.
Taubman Mall Media Impact (TMMI) Liaison
Act as the center’s liaison for TMMI, a multi-format network of in-center signage. This includes maintenance of the TMMI inventory management system for the center, coordinating the posting of all TMMI client elements, as well as all necessary and subsequent follow up (including but not limited to proof-of-performance).
Participate in identifying and developing story ideas; and refining the ideas to pitch to appropriate media outlets. Assist MSD in fulfilling corporate PR requests as needed/assigned. .
Marketing & Sponsorship Planning
Participate in some/all aspects of the marketing plan process, as well as the sponsorship plan process including, but not limited to, the budget preparation, action plan details and overall document preparation. Be familiar with the market research process, information and resulting strategies. Participate with MSD and corporate marketing team in research analysis and local market analysis.
May be called upon to work with the MSD to negotiate, manage and coordinate center-placed advertising—and subsequently coordinate with the creative development, production and furnishing of advertising materials with the Marketing Coordinator.
Assist in annual budget preparation and budget realignment process as determined by the MSD. Be familiar with the overall budget and category breakdowns and stay current on all expenditures. Co-manage the marketing department purchase order and project estimate system and communicate with the MSD and Financial Assistant on all budget issues. Review monthly budget reports.
Events and Promotions
Provide support and assistance on select events and promotions (as assigned), including planning, implementation and execution. This primarily includes supporting the Marketing Coordinator on collateral development, entertainment, merchant participation, staging, database tracking and measurement and coordination of evaluations and accompanying materials for corporate reporting.
Support the MSD as requested/necessary in the coordination/installation of holiday décor with facilities and security staff. Fully responsible for execution of holiday events related to any sponsorship fulfillment. Otherwise, work in conjunction with Marketing Coordinator and play a supporting team member role in all other holiday events, including but not limited to holiday/Santa grand opening, tree lighting, etc. Additionally, assist/support the Marketing Coordinator as potentially needed in the management/execution of seasonal photo operations and any other holiday entertainment components.
