Guest Services desk is centrally located on the lower level near Neiman Marcus where Guest Services representatives can assist with customer inquiries on stores and services, provide area, hotel and transportation information, and more. You can also have currency exchanged at Guest Services through our partner, Currency Exchange International, during all center hours.


The valet plaza is located off of First Avenue and Saint Paul Street, west of Neiman Marcus. Valet is available during all mall hours and is priced at $10 for the first two hours and $2 for each additional hour.

Where do I park at Cherry Creek Shopping Center?

We have two covered parking garages. The East parking deck is accessible from Steele Street just past Safeway. The West parking deck is accessible from University Blvd. at Cherry Creek Drive South, just south of First Avenue or from First Avenue, just west of Nordstrom.

Additionally, we have outdoor ground level parking in Cherry Creek West located at the corner of First Avenue and University Blvd.

We are also pleased offer valet parking. This service is located off First Avenue between just West of Neiman Marcus. Rates are $10 for the first two hours and $2 for each additional hour.

  • Food Court - Located on the lower level East end of the shopping center. The restaurants available are Cherry on Top, Panda Express, Renzio's Greek Food, Which Wich, Johnny Rocket's, and Wetzel's Pretzels.
  • Starbucks - Both East and West locations are available in the walkway of the shopping center on the lower level.

Do you have a Children's Play Area?

The children's Play Area is located on the lower level in front of Macy's. Children can enjoy a "Play Park" theme area complete with a fountain, slide, wagon, rowboat and much more. There is also lots of seating for parents. Please note that the Play Area is unsupervised and has a height limit of 42 inches. No food or strollers are allowed inside the area. The Play area closes from 2:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. every day for cleaning.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic sponsorship and marketing plan for the center with the result of increased Net Operating Income (NOI), center sales and traffic. Responsible for leadership within the center management team, incorporating direction from the corporate office to achieve the result of superior sponsorship and marketing performance, and positive stakeholder relations. Responsible for managing and enhancing the customer service function in the center, resulting in superior customer service and enhanced sponsorship opportunities. Participates as a member of the management team and performs management duties.

 

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • In partnership with the General Manager and the Director of Partnership Relations and Center Sponsorship, responsible for selling and fulfilling local sponsorship programs. Consult with the Corporate Sponsorship department on all local programs. Responsible for accurate sponsorship implementation and cost analysis for each program. Responsible for new business development of potential sponsors. Accountable for entire sales process and negotiations with local sponsors. Responsible for maintaining a robust sponsorship pipeline. Responsible for supporting and flawlessly implementing all corporate sponsorship initiatives, including transactional business, according to guidelines established by the Sponsorship department. Results are measured by the successful execution of corporate and local sponsorship initiatives.
  • Manages tracking and reporting on results of all local and national sponsorship programs. Responsible for interpreting the Center’s market research, including standard and custom studies. Oversee qualitative market research and/or data collection at the Center if necessary. Responsible for using market research analysis to enhance and/or revise sponsorship and marketing strategies that are in place.
  • Responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating the performance of an annual marketing plan and related budget, consulting with the General Manager and the Director of Center Marketing, with final approval by the VP, Sponsorship & Center Marketing. The Action Plan may include (but not be limited to) loyalty marketing, internet marketing, public relations, advertising, special events and entertainment, in-center marketing, décor, sales promotions, employee programs, tourism marketing, etc. Also responsible for protecting the Center from infringements of Company access policies. Responsible for submitting a formal marketing plan evaluation to the Director of Center Marketing.
  • Responsible for efficient management and flawless execution of corporate-developed marketing initiatives, including segmentation initiatives, interactive initiatives, social media strategies, mobile marketing strategies and Holiday programs.
  • Responsible for the efficient management of people, projects and resources, including the marketing staff, outside vendors, consultants, customer service contractors, and advertising and public relations agencies. Responsible for demonstrating excellent and cost efficient time, project and people management skills. Responsible for providing relevant coaching and training for direct reports that are interested in and qualified for advancement opportunities.
  • Responsible for the development of annual and monthly marketing budgets and preparation of budget realignments, two to three times per year, while utilizing the Budget Plus system, and for keeping costs in line with the budget. Design systems to gauge program effectiveness against the annual marketing budget.
  • Responsible for establishing positive tenant relations and store productivity through retail focused programs consistent with the Marketing Plan strategies. Consult with and advises tenants. Lead tenant meetings as necessary and encourage tenant participation in center-wide programs. Manage production of tenant communications that are professional, informative and well-attended.
  • Responsible for developing and managing an annual retail-focused publicity plan as part of the marketing plan. Responsible for establishing and maintaining positive media relations and maximizing positive publicity for the center and its stores. Serve as a spokesperson to the media for center stores relating to marketing activities and retail/fashion direction. Manage production of timely, interesting and relevant press releases and follow-up with the media. Support the General Manager in maintaining positive relations with the media on all issues.
  • Together with the General Manager, responsible for planning, coordinating and executing a community relations plan. Network professionally with the appropriate community leaders and institutions. If relevant to marketing strategies, implement community events and support community activities. Attend local community meetings and events.
  • Responsible for development and execution of an annual tourism marketing plan in conjunction with corporate tourism strategy that addresses the center’s appropriate visitor markets, whether national/international, regional or local.
  • Responsible for advocating, initiating and implementing innovative customer service enhancements to the center.
  • Supervise the gift card operation to maximize sales for the center. Monitor the center in collaboration with the General Manager to ensure customer-sensitive issues and problems are addressed promptly. Supervise and train the InfoPlace staff on a regular basis.
  • Participate as an integral member of the total center management team. Perform center management duties monthly and on holidays according to the schedule set by the General Manager. Build and foster positive working relationships with all center and contract staff. Act as the captain of a designated center goal and responsible for achieving that goal.
  • Assist the General Manager in analyzing data and in writing the bi-monthly manager’s report.

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of industry experience is required or equivalent experience in marketing and sponsorship/sales disciplines
  • Management and supervisory experience is required
  • Sales and sponsorship experience is required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline is required or equivalent education and experience
  • Master’s Degree in a related discipline is preferred
  • CMD designation is a plus
